About the Holly Jolly Fun Run
The course runs through Evergreen Municipal Park, so expect a park setting rather than roads or trails. The race draws people in full holiday costume, elf hats and jingle bells included, and there is a kids' dash alongside the main event. Proceeds go toward a student emergency fund and food pantry at a local community college.
A costume contest and ugly sweater award happen on-site, and there is a donation station for nonperishable food if you want to bring something. Photo opportunities are set up near the start area, where the race kicks off with a jingle bell send-off.
