About the HINZ COULD FLY 5K
The race is held at East Jackson Community Schools, finishing on the school's track. The course is designed to be fast, which shows up in how the race is structured: awards go deep into age groups, with separate categories for open, masters, and grandmasters runners, as well as a walk division. Younger runners have their own separate event after the main race.
Packet pickup happens in the school auditorium on race morning, with a window that closes before the gun goes off. The venue hosts everything in one place, so there is no hunting around for different locations.
