About the Her Mind Matters 5K and Fun Run/Walk
This is an evening glow run along Drake's Creek, so participants carry or wear lights through the dark. The route has a shorter fun run option alongside the full distance, and the whole event is built around a girls' mental wellness mission, which shapes the atmosphere more than the racing does.
The start is at Drake's Creek, and the evening timing means you should plan around the dark. Packet pickup and parking details were not announced in advance, so arriving a little early is a reasonable precaution.
