About the HELP in Motion Trail Run
The course runs through wooded trails at SnowKraft Nordic, a private property near a golf course that is normally set aside for skiing and biking. Several distance options wind through the same network of singletrack, so the longer routes push deeper into rolling terrain while the shorter ones stay accessible. The forest tends to be at its color peak this time of year.
The race is tied to a domestic violence awareness cause, and costume participation is encouraged alongside competitive running. The atmosphere reflects that mix: people are out there moving at their own pace, with the mission carrying as much weight as the miles.
