About the Hauntington Park 5K 2026
This is a costume run through the streets of Huntington Park, starting and finishing at Salt Lake Park. The route is a neighborhood course, and costumes are part of the point. Bright, well-lit costumes are encouraged, and there is a prize for the best one. The race offers a shorter kids' distance alongside the main run.
Bib pickup begins before the start, so there is no need to scramble on the way in. After the kids' run, younger participants and their families are walked across the street to Art Space HP, where there are crafts, a movie, popcorn, and candy.
