About the Hardin Valley Hawk Trot 5K

The course starts near the entrance of Hardin Valley Academy and winds through the roads connecting the high school, middle school, and elementary school before looping back to finish on the football stadium track. There is a downhill stretch early on, some flat parking lot sections, and a bit of rolling terrain through campus before the return leg brings you home.

Packet pickup is race morning only, at the stadium complex. Parking is in front of the high school. Restrooms are near the start and finish area, and there is water at roughly the midpoint of the course.
