About the 7th Annual Hannah's Heroes of NC Glow Run

The in-person race runs along the Washington waterfront at night, so the surroundings are dark and the expectation is that you show up glowing. Participants wear light-up or neon gear, which gives the whole event a different feel from a daytime road race. The course is chip-timed and certified, and a shorter family walk option is available for those who want to be part of the evening without racing.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at two locations, one in Washington and one in Greenville, with race-morning pickup at Festival Park. A virtual option lets you run the distance on your own schedule and your own course, with an app that tracks your progress and submits your result automatically.
