About the 34th Annual Halloween 5K and Kids Fun Run
The race starts and finishes at the town's municipal center, so the surrounding area is open and civic rather than scenic. It is a certified course on roads, and costumes are part of the point: prizes go to the best ones. Walkers, strollers, and leashed dogs are all out there alongside the runners.
A shorter kids' loop runs around the parking lot of the same town hall campus, so families can do both in one morning. Race-day registration opens early, so you are not locked out if you decide to show up.
