About the Guthrie Wineglass Marathon, Wineglass Half Marathon & Wineglass 5K

The marathon and half marathon roll through the Finger Lakes region and into Corning, along a course that is certified and sanctioned. The terrain is scenic rather than punishing, with the surrounding wine country setting giving the run a character you do not get in a city race. A 5K runs the day before, so there are options depending on how much racing you want in a weekend.

The weekend opens with a Health and Fitness Expo before the 5K, giving you time to pick up your packet ahead of the longer distances the following morning. Post-race, Corning itself is worth sticking around for, with a glass museum and wine country close at hand.
