The race runs alongside Big Green Lake, with the finish area set up on the Town Square Community Center Terrace right at the water's edge. Several distance options are available, so people at different points in their running tend to show up. Strollers are welcome in the shorter distances, and dogs can come to cheer from the sidelines.

Packet pickup opens the evening before at a room in the Town Square complex, with an early morning option on race day as well. The finish area doubles as the awards ceremony space, so there is reason to stick around after you cross the line.
