About the Gourdy's Pumpkin Run: Baltimore
The course runs through Baltimore's Inner Harbor, so the scenery is waterfront the whole way. It is a flat route, and the surroundings draw as much attention as the running does. The race supports Girls on the Run, so there is a real cause behind the entry fee, not just a morning out.
Apple cider and a small pumpkin are waiting at the finish, redeemed by tear-off tickets on your bib, so have those ready before you reach the table. Packet pickup happens race morning, and there is also a mail option if you prefer not to deal with the morning rush.
