Eau Claire, WI
The Good Soul 5k is rooted in a straightforward idea: being healthy and being happy tend to move together. The race is built around that connection, drawing people in Eau Claire who are after something more than a finish time. The organizer also runs free community workouts, so the crowd on race morning tends to know each other a little already.
