About the GET Fit Halloween 5k

The course runs through Scotland Park and starts and finishes at GET Fit. It is a costume race in the full sense: people show up dressed, and the organizer runs a contest judging categories like individual creativity and group outfits. The park setting keeps it pleasant underfoot, and the out-and-back shape means you see other runners the whole way.

Black Hat Brew Works brings beer to the finish, included with entry. The start and finish are right at the gym, so there is a natural gathering point before and after.
