About the Gentex Park2Park 1/2 Marathon & 5K for Neighbors Plus
The Ottawa County Fairgrounds serves as both the start and finish, which gives the morning a practical, no-frills feeling. The course connects parks through the surrounding area, and the event raises money for a local community development organization, so the crowd at the finish tends to reflect that connection to the neighborhood.
The fairgrounds also handle packet pickup, with an evening session the day before and an early window on race morning. Parking is on-site, with entrances off the main fairgrounds drive. The organizers ask that you avoid leaving your car on Waukazoo Drive or Post Ave, which are part of the course.
