About the 23rd Annual Frostbite 5K/10K
The race starts and finishes at the Sumner County Family YMCA, with a certified, chip-timed course and distance options for serious runners alongside a shorter family-friendly route. Strollers and dogs are welcome on the course, so the start area tends to draw a mixed crowd of runners, walkers, and kids bundled against the winter air.
Packet pickup runs the day before at the YMCA, with a race-morning window as well. The event benefits the YMCA directly, so the post-race scene stays close to home, right where the organization's programs are based.
