This is a Halloween-themed race that runs through the SUNY Fredonia campus, put on by a student business club to fund their annual travel program. Costumes are very much in the spirit of the day, and candy is scattered along the course, so it has more of a holiday-morning feel than a straight race.
Packet pickup runs the evening before and again on race morning, both at the Williams Center on campus. The event is held regardless of weather.
