About the Frank Lloyd Wright Races
The course winds through Oak Park's historic streets past several Frank Lloyd Wright buildings, including his Home and Studio. It is a flat route on city streets, and the architecture gives you something to look at while you run. Strollers are welcome toward the back of the pack, and the proceeds go to a local parks scholarship fund.
The start and finish are near Oak Park and River Forest High School, with the actual start line just east of the building on Ontario Street. Chip timing is built into the bib, so your finish time is independent of where you cross the line physically.
