About the Follow the Sign
The course runs through Brook Run Park on a USATF-certified route, which also makes it an AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifier. The park setting keeps things shaded and accessible underfoot. The race is organized by and for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, and sign language and Deaf culture are woven into the event itself, not just the cause behind it.
Check-in happens race morning in the park, with number pickup closing before the welcome program begins. There are vendor booths open before the start, and an awards ceremony follows shortly after the course closes.

The Follow the Sign has been held every year since at least 2024. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
