Binghamton, NY
Entry is $25 now and rises to $30 after Mar 1, 2027, so registering before then saves $5.
The Fenton Free 5k is organized out of a local library in Binghamton, which gives it the feel of a neighborhood event rather than a big production. A kids' dash runs before the main race, so the start area tends to have families around early. Chip timing keeps the results accurate, and a DJ runs throughout the morning.
