About the February Ice Scraper 5K
Lehigh Parkway is the setting, and the race does not wait for good weather. Fog, snow, and rain are part of the deal. If ice covers the course, the route shifts to main roads instead. There are no awards here, just the quiet satisfaction of having gone out when most people stayed home.
Check-in and race-morning pickup both happen at the LVRR Clubhouse inside the parkway, so there is one straightforward place to be. Entry is free, which means the only cost is getting yourself out the door on a cold morning.
