About the FCA 5K

The race starts and finishes at a high school campus in Venice, with chip timing. The course is a standard road distance, and the field includes both runners and walkers. Age group awards go deep, so competitive runners have a real shot at placement even in the middle of the pack.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a running store in Sarasota, or you can pick up race morning before the start. A coffee bar is open before and after the race, and there is ice cream at the finish.
