About the Farm Life 5k Trail Run
The course runs through the Bonneville County Fairgrounds, looping past corrals, horse barns, and open fields. The terrain is flat throughout, and the fairground setting gives it a distinct character you do not get on a typical trail run. A few water stations are spaced along the route.
The race starts early in the morning, with check-in opening before the gun. There is a kids' obstacle course on the grounds, and volunteers staff it so younger ones can run loops while parents race. A breakfast coupon at the Fair is part of the deal for all participants.
