About the Fall Skyline Traverse
The Fall Skyline Traverse takes you across the five peaks that ring Boulder's western edge, one after another, with substantial climbing spread across the whole route. The terrain is technical in places, and the route is aimed squarely at runners who already have trail miles under their feet. It is not a course that eases you in.
The event starts from a local running store in south Boulder, where vans shuttle runners to the trailhead early in the morning. Transportation has a cutoff, so arriving on time matters. Entry fees go entirely to support a former Runners Roost employee who was injured in a serious climbing accident.
