About the Fall Frolic
The course runs around a lake at Heritage Park, with an out-and-back stretch added in. That section is on a shared path, so runners stay to one side. The terrain is paved and flat throughout, which keeps things moving. Several distance options mean the morning draws a wide range of people, from kids doing a short loop to adults running the longer route.
Packet pickup is available the afternoon before at a local running store, with a second window race morning at the park. Both distances hold their awards ceremony before the morning is over.
