About the Everbody's Turkey Trot Fun Run
The course starts and finishes at a local fitness center on Fulton Street. The longer distance follows the Ohio River before a brief climb, then settles back into flat running toward the finish. The shorter distance stays within downtown, though even that route has one small hill to get through.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the fitness center, with race-morning pickup available in the hour before the start. The race benefits a local family in need, which gives the post-run crowd on Thanksgiving morning a particular warmth.
