About the ERC Turkey Trot
The race runs at Presque Isle, which puts you on a peninsula with water on both sides of the route. It is a holiday morning race, so the crowd is people who want to move their legs before the meal. The course has a corral system in place, and runners are asked to stay out of traffic lanes when passing.
Packet pickup is at a local fitness center before race day. Parking at the beach nearest the start is closed to general runners; shuttles run from elsewhere on the peninsula. There is an after-party at Rainbow Gardens when you are done.
