About the Englewood Festival 5k Classic

The course runs through a residential neighborhood, mostly turning right, with one real climb and a short drop on the back half. It is certified and tends to attract people chasing a time. The route finishes on the parade route for the Englewood Festival, so there is already a crowd gathered at the line.

Centennial Park has a parking area near the tennis courts, and registration sets up in the funeral home lot across Union Blvd. The awards ceremony happens in that same lot right after the race, and the arts festival at Centennial Park opens later that morning.
