About the Endless Summer
The course is a dirt and gravel loop around Catfish Lake, with a short grass stretch and a real but manageable climb each time around. You run with a lake view on one side and a mountain view on the other. Runners choose how long they want to go, from a few hours to well beyond a full day, stacking laps at their own pace.
The start and finish area doubles as a full outdoor party. There is music, food running through the weekend, a misting tent, a slip-and-slide, and the lake itself for swimming between loops. Camping is expected and encouraged. Parking is at a nearby lot with a short walk to the start, and the organizers plan shuttles to cover it.
