About the Eight Crazy Hours
The course is a paved loop through Saddle River County Park, following a path along the river with partial shade overhead. It is flat throughout, and you can run it as many times as you like, starting whenever you feel ready during the day and stopping when you have had enough.
Aid stations are set up near the start and finish and again around the midpoint, with water, sports drinks, and sweet and salty snacks at the main stop and fluids at the halfway one. Bringing your own bottle to refill is a good idea. A portion of proceeds goes to Bergen County Animal Rescue.
