About the EdK Run
The EdK Run is a tribute event honoring a local runner who died after a long fight with Lymphoma. The race benefits a wellness program for cancer survivors through the Chambersburg YMCA. There are two distance options, one of them on the track alone and the longer one heading out and back before returning to the track.
Everything happens at the Chambersburg Memorial YMCA on E. McKinley Street. Registration opens in the early afternoon, with opening ceremonies before the races begin. Dogs are welcome on leash. There is a snack bag at the shorter distance and a LIVESTRONG band with both options.
