About the DTR 10 Mile Night Run
The course runs through Jonathan Dickinson State Park after dark, through pine flatwoods and sand scrub terrain. The route is shaped like a lollipop, so there is a section out and back before the loop closes. Reflective trail markings guide the way; your headlamp does the rest. Underfoot it is sandy and technical enough to keep you honest.
Cold beer, music, and post-race food are at the finish. The park has capacity limits, so the field stays contained and the night feels genuinely remote rather than crowded.

The DTR 10 Mile Night Run has been held every year since at least 2014. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
