About the Donut Worry Run Happy
The race starts and finishes outside Brewnuts on Detroit Road, a donut shop that lends the whole morning its theme. The course runs through the surrounding neighborhood, and Brewnuts has donuts waiting at the finish, which is really the point. The course is closed to dogs and strollers.
Packet pickup and registration open outside Brewnuts before the race starts, so there is no separate trip the day before. A kids' dash runs before the main event, and the start area doubles as the post-race hangout, with the bakery right there.

Finish-Time Stats
Going by the 2025 results, this is a decent-sized field, and the spread of finish times is wide, so this is a mostly recreational race rather than one for club runners.

The Donut Worry Run Happy has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
