About the Dead Last Festival & Community Events
The course is a loop around Waters Farm, a hilltop property with a working farm feel and views over a lake below. The terrain is what you would expect from land that old: uneven, rural, with open pasture giving way to wooded sections. It runs as part of a larger festival day, with live music, local vendors, and food on the grounds when you finish.
The farm is the start, the finish, and the gathering place. A kids run goes off mid-morning, and the backyard ultra starts shortly after, so the property stays active well past your own finish. Packet pickup appears to be handled on-site the morning of the event.
