Schaumburg, IL
Entry is $5 now and rises to $10 after Sep 9, 2027, so registering before then saves $5.
The race starts and finishes at Dirksen School, which puts the beginning and end of the morning in a familiar neighborhood setting. The course is organized by an education foundation that funds support for students from financially struggling families, so the crowd skews toward local families with school-age kids. The pace ranges widely and the atmosphere reflects that.
