About the CRH Run for Recovery 5K

The course runs a couple of loops around Long Leaf Park, one of the more familiar 5K routes in Wilmington. The park setting keeps things shaded and manageable, and the double-loop means you pass familiar landmarks twice, which can help with pacing. The race benefits Christian Recovery Houses, a local nonprofit residential ministry.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a Fleet Feet location, with race-morning pickup available at the park shelter if you miss it. Parking is in the lots near the start area, with several options spread around the park.
