About the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon, Half Marathon, Relays, 5K and Kids Run

The Knoxville Marathon is a downtown race with a reputation for hills. The course moves through the city's neighborhoods and gives you a real sense of the place, not a loop around a parking lot. A relay option brings a different energy to the start area. The shorter distances run the evening before, giving the weekend two distinct race days.
