About the Colorado River Run 250K 100 Mile 100K 50 Mile 50K Marathon Half Marathon Ruck 10K 5K Kids 1K
The course runs along the Colorado River at Turkey Bend Park, moving through riverbank stretches, single-track dirt trails, and occasional technical sections with moderate climbing. The scenery shifts between open water views and quieter natural habitat, so the terrain keeps changing even when the legs get tired. Aid stations are spread across the course with volunteers and medical support.
Pacers are permitted for the longer ultra distances, joining after a designated point in the race and checking in at aid stations along the way. Each runner is allowed one pacer at a time, and pacers must register separately, sign a waiver, and wear an official bib. The shorter distances welcome children running alongside a registered parent at no extra charge.
