About the CLOVIS Turkey Day Run

The race starts from Centennial Plaza in Old Town Clovis on Thanksgiving morning, with both a short walk-friendly route and a longer running course available. The plaza setting gives it a downtown feel, with the surrounding streets of the historic district as the backdrop. Dogs are not allowed on the course, but strollers are welcome on either route.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at the Clovis Rodeo Hall, with race-morning pickup opening well before the start. Arrive early if you can; parking around the plaza fills up. There are costume and spirit contests with judging before the gun, so coming dressed up is part of the morning for a lot of people.
