About the City of Colleges Half Marathon
A university campus in Conway serves as the hub for the race, with students out along the route cheering. The half marathon distance pushes out through neighborhoods and onto backroads before looping back to campus. Shorter distances stay closer in, all on paved streets, and the terrain is gentle throughout with no significant climbing.
Packet pickup is held the afternoon before the race at an indoor facility on campus, with a brief window on race morning as a backup. Parking is off College Avenue, next to a campus recreation facility. The post-race celebration starts early enough that those finishing the shorter distances have a good stretch of festivities before the half marathoners come in.
