About the CIDERFEST 5K & Mile

The course runs through the orchard and grounds at Diehl's Cider Mill, staying on trails the whole way. There are distance options for both younger kids and those wanting a longer effort, all on the same property. The setting is genuine working orchard land, not a park path, so the footing and surroundings feel different from a typical road or greenway race.

Free cider and donuts are at the finish, and a hayride runs afterward for race participants. A craft show and other events carry on through the morning, so there is reason to stay past the finish line.
