About the CHILL Plunge Back to School 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run
Both routes start and finish at Rotary Park, winding through the Rose Garden neighborhood. The surroundings are residential and green, and the out-and-back shape means you see other runners on course. After you finish, a cold plunge from the hosting studio is available on site, which is a genuinely unusual thing to find at the end of a race.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the CHILL Cold Plunge Studio on Del Prado Boulevard, with race-morning pickup available at Rotary Park before the start. There is a school supply drive at the pre-race pickup, and anyone who donates gets entered into a raffle for studio access. A local coffee vendor is on site race morning.
