About the 2027 Centennial 100
The course runs along the Centennial Trail out of Historic Downtown Snohomish, heading north to a barn in Arlington before turning back to the finish in the same downtown area. The trail is a rail trail, so the terrain stays relatively smooth underfoot for the full out-and-back. Runners can take on the whole distance solo or break it into legs with a relay team.
At each leg's end there is a cowbell waiting, with the final one at the finish back in Historic Downtown Snohomish. Relay exchange points are spread along the trail between Snohomish and Arlington, so teams can divide the miles however they like.
