About the Cedar Park Turkey Day 5K

The course mixes moderate hills with flatter stretches, and the shorter distances run inside a stadium loop road kept clear of traffic. Police handle the main intersections on the longer route, so you get a full lane the whole way. It is a Thanksgiving morning race, and the distances are designed to get everyone home in time for the meal.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at the Cedar Park Recreation Center, with race-morning pickup available as well. On race day, the stadium has parking nearby, putting you close to both the start and the finish.
