About the Cardio Kidz Costume Run
This is a costume run for kids, held on a school track in Palatine. The distances are designed for very young children up through early teens, with heats sorted by age and grade so kids race against peers their own size. The quarter-mile option is timed, with results sent out after the event.
Bib pickup happens the week before at a music school in nearby Arlington Heights, on an evening mid-week before race day. Post-race, there is trick-or-treating on site for the kids after they finish.
