About the Cape Fear 24 Hour Endurance Run
The course is a short asphalt loop around the baseball fields at a town park, mostly flat with one small rise. Because it is a fixed loop run over a full day and night, you decide how far you go, whether that means a few hours or the whole stretch. The park lights come on after dark, so a headlamp stays in your bag.
Parking is right there at the park, and runners can set up a tent close to their car. Restrooms sit just off the course. It is a supported setup, which matters when you are out there for a long time.
