About the Candy Land Run
The course runs on local trails out of the Candy Mountain parking lot, with several route options ranging from a short loop to a longer stretch. Along the way, candy-themed stations are set up at intervals, each with treats, and characters from the board game appear throughout. The longer the route you choose, the more stops you hit. It raises money for a local organization supporting survivors of sex trafficking.
Packet pickup happens the evening before at Runners Soul, a running store in Kennewick. Race-morning pickup is available at the start. Parking is at a nearby church, with a shuttle running to the start area throughout the morning. Have your bib visible when you board.
