About the 2027 Bungalow Beach Boardwalk 5 Miler
The course runs along the Atlantic City Boardwalk before dropping down to a beach finish in the sand. The sand portion is just a short stretch at the very end, so the route is almost entirely on pavement. It is a point-to-point shape, which means you are moving forward the whole way rather than looping back.
After finishing, runners head into a beachside bar set up exclusively for the race, with music, food, and drinks. The post-race setup has a beach club feel and runs through late morning, so there is time to settle in.
