This is a structured training program built around a point-to-point road race that crosses a causeway and finishes at a naval memorial park. Sessions run out of the Fleet Feet store on Airport Boulevard, with a certified coach leading the group each week. Between in-person sessions, participants get a written training schedule by email and optional homework runs.
