About the Barksdale AFB - CMSAF Binnicker Memorial Run
The course runs on the Global Power Museum Run Trail at Barksdale AFB, with distance options to suit different goals. The race honors a senior Air Force enlisted leader who later ran the Air Force Enlisted Village, and the proceeds go directly to a memory care residence there that serves military widows, retirees, veterans, and their families.
Runners can go further by pairing their registration with a personal fundraising campaign. There is also an option to have your entry fee refunded if you hit a set fundraising threshold, which makes the charitable side of the morning feel built in rather than optional.
