About the AVDA's 27th Annual Race for Hope

This is a certified road race in Lake Worth that benefits AVDA, a domestic violence shelter serving survivors and their children. Pets are welcome on the course, and there is a virtual participation option for those who want to run on their own schedule. The race includes age group and overall awards, plus special recognition for first responders and military runners.

Day-of packet pickup is available, so you do not need to arrange anything in advance. There is also a Purple Party costume element at the finish, where runners dressed in purple can win awards at the pickup table.
